Open RDF , change the Before Page Value and After Page Value , 
add to  Before Page Value with <!--9876543210_PageMark_Head--> ,
add to After Page Value with <!--9876543210_PageMark_Foot-->

Generate a report in HTMLCSS or HTML format , Save to file .

Launch RepExpert , 

From the "File" Menu, select the "Open" option. You will now see the standard Windows open dialog box. Navigate to the folder where you saved report. open the file saved at previously step .

You may be interesting in the details of report . You can get it easy !
Click Help on toolbar;
Height of each page is very useful for you to select exact page size!

You can browser any pages in the report . You can get help by tips .
For Example , If you want to browse page 3 .
In the "Page From:" input box, type '3' and press the enter key

Browse page 2 to page 6 .
In the "Page From:" input box, type '2', In the "Page To" input box, type "6" and press the enter key

Now let's start printing 
Click print button on toolbar, "Print" dialog box will display.

Click Page Setting button , "Page Setup" dialog box will display .

Click Printer button , Select Printer，then click OK button

Select paper size

Notice : Header , footer and margin is ignored in this box 
you should setup these variable at the following step .

Now, Click OK button, "page setup" dialog box will close.

In "Print" dialog box, please click "Page Setup" button, "My Page Setup" dialog box will display.
Please set margins here. Click the Save as default button to save these parameter to registry .
Please click OK button to close this dialog box.

Now , Click Print to start print job !
